The Analyst supports the Enterprise Data Center function by coordinating application onboarding through the TAISC lifecycle. The role assists application owners and ITSOs with evaluation, data quality, privacy, documentation, approvals, and production-readiness requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the TAISC onboarding intake process.
- Confirm the inventory of vendor and internally developed applications requiring support.
- Guide application owners through evaluation-stage requirements.
- Track TAISC data, PrivacyQ submissions, approvals, and lifecycle documentation.
- Identify gaps, blockers, missing information, and required owner actions.
- Coordinate with ITSOs and application owners to progress assets toward production readiness.
- Establish prioritization and maintain visibility of outstanding risks and dependencies.
- Validate completion of TAISC onboarding activities.
- Support final lifecycle validation, handoff, or transition to Morgan Stanley owners.

Primary Deliverables

- TAISC onboarding intake and application inventory.
- TAIDQ and lifecycle tracking records.
- PrivacyQ and related onboarding documentation.
- Gap, blocker,



and remediation reports.
- Prioritization and readiness status reports.
- Final TAISC completion and transition documentation.
- 3–5 years of experience in technology data management, application inventory, data quality, governance, or IT onboarding.
- Experience maintaining application inventories and validating the completeness and accuracy of technology records.
- Experience tracking application onboarding, lifecycle stages, requirements, approvals, gaps, and blockers.
- Ability to coordinate with application owners, ITSOs, privacy teams, technology stakeholders, and business representatives.
- Familiarity with data-quality concepts, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and ownership.
- Experience preparing status reports, gap analysis, issue logs, and readiness reports.
- Robust analytical, documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain accurate records.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with TAISC, PrivacyQ, or similar application governance and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management, technology risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Excel, SharePoint, or similar tracking and reporting tools.
- Certifications in data governance, business analysis, ITIL, or privacy are beneficial.
