As Enterprise Implementation
Consultant, you'll ensure that Canopy Connect’s enterprise customers launch with our product quickly and successfully. This position requires strong technical and communication skills. Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live.
Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams. Act as an internal advocate for customer needs, providing structured feedback to product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities. Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realize measurable value from Canopy Connect’s platform.
Support contract renewals and growth initiatives in partnership with Sales, Engineering and Leadership. Management consulting experience in insurance,
automotive or real estate Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations. Robust technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot issues related to APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions.
