Empire Deck Collective is expanding our St. John's team as a leading sales and development firm specializing in telecommunications services. We're looking for an Entry-Level Representative who enjoys building relationships and growing a career in sales. The Entry-Level Representative gains valuable sales experience and contributes to ongoing sales success.

As an Entry-Level Representative, you’ll act as a trusted guide for customers looking to streamline their home tech setup. The Entry-Level Representative will engage with customers in person, learn about their specific needs, whether it’s better Wi-Fi, a simpler TV package, or a home phone, and provide straightforward, easy-to-understand solutions that work for them.

Role Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Representative

- Connect with customers in person to discuss how high-speed internet, digital TV, and traditional home phone can enhance their home experience.
- Identify customer needs in person by asking about their internet usage, TV viewing habits, and phone requirements, tailoring solutions to their lifestyle.
- Explain the benefits of high-speed internet in person, such as faster downloads, smoother streaming,



and reliable connectivity for all their devices.
- Present TV options, highlighting HD quality, access to premium channels, and user-friendly features that simplify their entertainment.
- Emphasize the importance of the traditional landline home phone for clear, uninterrupted calls, especially during emergencies or power outages.
- Assist customers in choosing a telecom package that bundles high-speed internet, digital TV, and home phone for maximum savings and convenience.
