Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Environmental & Geotechnical Driller to join our team. This role involves operating heavy equipment to perform drilling operations for environmental and geotechnical investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of drilling including solid and hollow stem auguring, direct push sampling, SPT's, and split spoon sampling.

A strong understanding of geotechnical and environmental drilling equipment is required. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in advancing their careers in the Environmental Drilling sectors.

Duties

- Operate Environmental and Geotechnical drills
- Conduct site preparation and excavation tasks necessary for geotechnical and environmental investigations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of drilling sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed.




- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operate commercial vehicles as needed for transportation of equipment or materials.
- Contribute to a safe work workplace by adhering to OSHA standards and company policies.
- Experience
- Proven experience operating Geotechnical and Environmental Drills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (not required, but preferred).
- Experience in construction environments with a focus on geotechnical or environmental projects.
- Valid drivers license (Class one preferred, but not required).
