Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures and skin analysis to meet individual client needs
- Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell retail skincare products to enhance client results.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients at the front desk, managing appointments, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Engage clients through effective communication skills, explaining treatment benefits and aftercare instructions clearly.




- Assist with retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area while adhering to health and safety standards.

Experience

- Prior experience as an esthetician or in a related skincare role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and authentically.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively.
- Experience in front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes is a plus.
- A passion for customer service and creating positive client experiences that foster loyalty.
