Position Summary

Academy Canada is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Esthetics and Spa Management Instructor to join our dedicated faculty. The successful candidate will play a role in delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our Esthetics program. This role requires commitment to student success, academic excellence and industry-relevant teaching practices. It’s a chance to inspire confidence and foster hands-on learning while setting our students up for a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in accordance with the Esthetics program curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans,



learning materials and assessments
- Support and guide students in both theoretical and practical learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and evaluations
- Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

- Diploma in Esthetics and Spa Management.
- Six years combined education and work experience in the Esthetics and Spa Management field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for adult education and student mentorship.
