Are you passionate and love aesthetics? Busy aesthetics/laser spa looking for 2 casual staff members to join our team. Potential team members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, knowledge of treatments and services offered.
Responsibilities will include: Acknowledge and greet each client in a courteous friendly manner with a smile using the clients name.Multitask answering phones, booking appointments, selling packages and upgrades. Scheduling client appointments, checking clients in/out, resolving late and no show disputes. Processing payments. Administering laser hair services, tattoo removal, pico treatments, micro needling & body contouring. Training will be provided.
Qualifications: Polite and courteous. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Ability to work a variety of shifts. Self motivated, mature and reliable. Sales focused to meet goals. Previous aesthetics experience is an asset.
Our ideal candidate would have previous customer service and aesthetics experience.We require all of our staff to always be in proper uniform and looking their best.
Pay: $18.00-$21.50 per hour
