Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive, relaxing experience for every guest
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling retail sales
- Upsell skincare products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized care
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by CANS
- Proven experience performing eyelash extensions and other advanced skincare treatments
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a skilled demeanor
- Knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and best practices
