We are seeking an experienced

Estimator with 4

+ years of experience in ICI interior fit-out construction to join a reputable and growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have robust estimating experience on commercial, retail, office, institutional, or other interior renovation and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and quotations for ICI interior fit-out projects.

- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and tender documents.

- Perform quantity take-offs and develop accurate labour and material pricing.

- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

- Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and potential risks during the estimating process.

- Prepare bid summaries and assist with tender submissions.

- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Maintain estimating databases, pricing information, and historical cost data.

- Assist with value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.





- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.

- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and completed within tender deadlines.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of estimating experience within ICI interior fit-out construction.

- Experience with commercial, retail, office, institutional, or similar interior renovation projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

- Strong knowledge of construction costs, subcontractor pricing, and material pricing.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency with estimating and construction software is an asset.
