We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead project estimation efforts, manage complex construction projects, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities

- Site Inspections: Walk through damaged properties to assess water, fire, smoke, and mold issues.
- Scope Development: Measure structures, take detailed photos, and document the exact steps needed for cleanup and repair.
- Estimate Creation: Write comprehensive, line-item repair costs using Xactimate software.
- Insurance Negotiation: Present estimates to insurance adjusters to agree on final scopes and budgets.
- Project Hand-off: Communicate the finalized job details, sketches, and expectations clearly to the production team.
- Client Care: Guide property owners through the restoration process and answer questions about costs or timelines.
- Compliance Management:



Ensure all photo documentation, notes, and estimates meet strict insurance program guidelines

Requirements

- A PuroClean project estimator requires proficiency in insurance restoration software like Xactimate, strong knowledge of property damage and construction scoping (water, fire, mold), and effective negotiation skills to work with insurance adjusters. [1]Software & Technical Skills
- Xactimate & CoreLogic: Hands-on experience with industry-standard insurance repair and estimating platforms is almost always mandatory.
- Scoping Expertise: Ability to accurately measure and evaluate property damage from water, fire, smoke, wind, and mold.
- Hazard Recognition: Basic ability to identify site hazards like asbestos, lead paint, or biohazards during a walkthrough
