Role Descriptions

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations.

Lead remediation of Critical| High| and Medium vulnerabilities identified through Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.

Review exposure scores| vulnerability trends| patch compliance| and remediation effectiveness.

Drive monthly remediation planning and prioritization.

Manage remediation teams including Defender Analysts| Intune Engineers|Packaging Engineers| and Citrix Engineers.

Coordinate with Security| Infrastructure| Application Owners| and Customer stakeholders.

Develop remediation strategies for OS| browser| third-party applications| and Citrix environments.





Review Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.

Present executive dashboards| risk reports| compliance reports| and SLA metrics.

Manage exception handling and risk acceptance processes. Ensure adherence to patching SLAs and compliance targets.
