Role Description
We are looking for a reliable Evening Laundry & Guest Attendant to support hotel operations from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
This is a hybrid hospitality position combining hotel laundry responsibilities with evening guest assistance. During the shift, the attendant will process and organize hotel linens and towels while also assisting with late check-ins, responding to basic guest requests, and supporting reception when needed.
The position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and enjoys both operational and guest-facing responsibilities.
Candidates may apply for weekday shifts, weekend shifts, or a combination of both.
Qualifications
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable assisting guests and handling basic reception duties
- Ability to sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Previous hotel, laundry, housekeeping, or guest-service experience is an asset
- English and French proficiency strongly preferred
- Availability for evening shifts from 5:00 PM–10-11PM flexible
