The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking an Evening Receptionist for our Cam Clark Ford dealership in Red Deer, AB.

In the position of the Receptionist , reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting our customers and assisting them with their vehicle needs.

You will be accountable for:

- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answering the telephone in a warm and courteous manner.
- Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to the appropriate sales representative or department.
- Coordinating all courier pickups, ordering toner supplies.
- Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business,



and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
- Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
- Maintaining the reception and customer lounge area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
- The ability to work effectively and be part of a team workplace
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
