Schedule: Primarily evenings and weekends, based on event and market dates

About HealthySips

HealthySips is a Manitoba-made premium alcohol-free beverage brand created for people who want a great-tasting, better-for-you alternative to traditional cocktails.

Since launching in July 2026, HealthySips has experienced strong early growth across retail, markets and community events, and we're looking to add a few great people to our team to help represent the brand as we continue to grow.

The Role

We're looking for outgoing, reliable and personable Event & Market Brand Ambassadors to represent HealthySips at local markets, pop-ups, retail tastings and community events.

You'll be one of the faces of HealthySips — introducing people to the brand, providing samples, answering questions, selling product and creating a great experience for customers.

Responsibilities

- Represent HealthySips at markets, pop-ups, tastings and community events
- Set up and take down the HealthySips booth and event materials
- Provide product samples and educate customers about HealthySips
- Engage with customers in a friendly, confident and professional manner
- Process product sales when required
- Keep the booth organized, clean and well stocked
- Help create a fun,



welcoming experience that reflects the HealthySips brand

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable approaching and speaking with people
- Dependable, punctual and skilled
- Comfortable working independently
- Available for occasional evenings and weekends
- Able to transport event materials and product when required
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, sales or brand promotion is an asset
- A valid Manitoba Health–approved Food Handler Certificate is required before working HealthySips events. Applicants do not need to have the certification at the time of application and may obtain it after being hired.
- Interest in health, wellness, food and beverage is an asset
