- Deliver backend services for client communication workflows
- Oversee technical processes from design through to implementation
- Assist Product and Design teams with evolving specifications
- Create scalable solutions for dynamic systems
- Collaborate across teams for email, SMS, and voice functionality

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficient in TypeScript or Python; AI experience is a plus
- Solid track record of delivering production systems
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous engineering challenges
