Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge of all makes and models including ATV's, Side x Side's, Motorcycles and Snowmobiles. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training new technicians as needed.

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Licensed Technician.
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management.
- A commitment to adhering to safety standards in all tasks.
