Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, including Micros POS systems, accurately processing orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, promoting responsible serving practices in line with alcohol regulations.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure all ingredients and tools are readily available for service.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours while managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or food industry setting, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality that enhances guest interactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service industries is highly preferred.
