We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bobcat Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, including Bobcats, excavators, loaders, and graders. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites, supporting projects such as paving, horizontal drilling, and general excavation.

Duties
- Operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders efficiently and safely across multiple job sites
- Handle equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and graders as needed
- Assist with construction activities including paving, horizontal drilling, and site preparation
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Support other heavy equipment operation tasks involving Caterpillar machinery and similar brands
- Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members to maintain a safe work environment
- Load and unload materials using appropriate heavy equipment
- Assist in site cleanup and preparation for subsequent phases of construction projects
Requirements
- Proven experience operating small to midsize equipment, Bobcat skid-steer loaders and other heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, graders, and backhoes
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with construction projects involving paving or horizontal drilling is a plus
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy loads when necessary
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Prior experience with Caterpillar equipment or similar brands is advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction settings
