Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to expand our team. This role requires a strong background in various construction and carpentry techniques, along with hands-on experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes both rough and finish carpentry, as well as proficiency in using various hand and power tools.

Successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

- Execute framing to trim carpentry tasks with precision in commercial and residential construction.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.




- Conduct roofing tasks, including installation and repairs.
- Carry out duties such as cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary to support construction activities.
- Collaborate with team members on projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards on construction sites.

Experience

- Skilled carpenters with 3+ years of construction experience
- Red Seal Certification would be an asset
- Frame carpentry
- Trim carpentry
- Construction site experience
- Blueprint reading
- Roofing
- Heavy lifting capabilities
- Door installation
- Metal stud framing
