Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using various hand tools and power tools, including framing, cabinetry, siding, roofing, and flooring.
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to support foundation and structural work.
- Install cabinetry, countertops, tiles, siding, and other interior or exterior finishes with precision.
- Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying or stone setting as required for specific projects.
- Assist with construction painting, caulking, plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems to ensure comprehensive project completion.
- Operate CNC machines or other manufacturing tools when necessary for custom woodwork or component fabrication.
- Estimate project materials and labor needs accurately to support construction estimating processes.




- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in carpentry with a strong background in construction projects of varying scope.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and other construction machinery.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing techniques, siding installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and woodworking.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing when necessary.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in construction environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Valid construction experience with additional skills such as handyman experience or manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required by the job.
