Blenz Coffee is known for our handcrafted coffees, signature teas, and chocolate and fruit-based beverages—all served in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced barista (minimum 2 years) who loves coffee, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys creating a great experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty beverages following Blenz standards
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support your team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years barista experience (required)
- Evenings and weekends availability is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Cash-handling and POS experience
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining quality standards
