As a Line Cook, you’ll work alongside a passionate culinary team focused on consistency, growth, and positive kitchen culture. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and understands that hospitality isn’t just front-of-house — it lives in every prep list, every plate, and every moment of service.

What You’ll Do

- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and pride in presentation
- Maintain strong food safety and organization standards throughout service
- Support prep, station setup, and smooth service flow during busy periods
- Collaborate with leadership on daily execution and evolving menu ideas
- Contribute to a kitchen environment built on respect, accountability, and creativity
- Uphold the B’Spoke standard of hospitality through care, urgency, and teamwork

We’re Looking For People Who:

- Have kitchen or restaurant experience (preferred, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn matter most)
- Bring a growth mindset and a desire to keep improving their skills
- Take pride in clean stations, strong systems, and consistent execution
- Lead with integrity, reliability, and a positive presence during service




- Understand that great kitchens balance culinary creativity with genuine hospitality
- Are flexible with scheduling based on the needs of the restaurant
