The Role
This is a Full-Time position requiring a blend of technical expertise and exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for:
- Guiding patients through frame and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and prescriptions.
- Performing precise adjustments and technical repairs.
- Assisting with clinical office duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Contributing to a high-energy, "patient-first" team environment.
What You Bring
- Proven Optical Experience (Required): You have a strong background in dispensing; please note this is not an entry-level administrative role.
- Clinical Proficiency: Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced clinic setting.
- Communication:
Fluency in English (reading and writing) with top-tier customer service skills.
- Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn about new specialized services and lens technologies.
- Flexibility: Availability to work some evenings and weekends and the possibility of working between our two Red Deer clinics.
