As a Personal Lines Advisor, reporting to the Regional Manager, you will focus on client needs, manage your Personal Lines Book, and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities. Your ability to build rapport will play a crucial role in our success as we continue to serve customers across Manitoba. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert advice on personal insurance offerings
- Grow your assigned Book of Business effectively
- Prospect and convert recent customer leads
- Conduct annual reviews and support Autopac transactions
- Manage necessary paperwork and operational duties Requirements:
- Two years of related industry experience preferred
- Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
- Asset: knowledge of other insurance lines
- Organized with a multitasking skill set
