Renovation Worker – Bathroom Renovations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Renovation Worker to join our team and work alongside us on residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with full bathroom renovations and is comfortable working across multiple trades. We are a rapidly growing company that handles, Full Home Renovations/Full Floor Renovations/Basements.

You should be able to take a bathroom renovation from demolition through to completion, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Complete full bathroom renovations from start to finish
- Demolition and preparation of existing spaces
- Hanging Doors/ Trim Carpentry
- Framing, drywall, taping, and finishing
- Install bathroom flooring and wall tile
- Perform high-quality tile layout, cutting, and installation
- Install Schluter waterproofing systems and prepare surfaces properly for tile
- Basic Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Systems
- Install vanities, toilets, fixtures, trim, and other bathroom components
- Work alongside our team and coordinate tasks on site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during renovations
- Complete work to a high standard with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, for legal basement units/ full home renovations..etc

Requirements
- Proven experience completing full bathroom renovations
- Robust tiling skills and attention to detail




- Experience with Schluter waterproofing systems
- Proficient in multiple renovation trades
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Ability to read and follow plans and measurements
- Able to work independently as well as as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is an asset
