DazzlePros is hiring dependable and experienced professional cleaners for residential homes, Airbnb properties and small offices.

This position is for applicants who already have professional cleaning experience and can maintain consistent weekly availability.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have

- At least one year of paid qualified cleaning experience
- Experience in residential cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning
- At least one professional cleaning reference that we can contact
- Consistent weekly availability for a minimum of three days
- Reliable transportation to assigned job sites or meeting locations
- Enough spoken English to understand instructions, safety information and cleaning checklists
- Legal authorization to work in British Columbia
- The physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, standing, vacuuming, and occasionally moving light furniture

Cleaning your own home or helping family members is not considered professional cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

- Clean houses, apartments, Airbnb properties and small offices
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitize surfaces
- Change bedding and prepare Airbnb properties for incoming guests
- Clean balconies, interior windows, mirrors and glass surfaces when assigned
- Follow DazzlePros checklists and quality standards
- Report damages, missing supplies or maintenance concerns
- Work independently or as part of a cleaning team




- Arrive on time and complete assigned work within the scheduled time

Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.

Scheduling Expectations

Applicants must provide their exact recurring availability during the application process.

The availability you provide must be genuine and consistent. Shifts will be assigned within your confirmed availability. Repeated late cancellations, failure to respond to shift confirmations or unexplained no-shows may result in reduced assignments or termination of employment.

Hours depend on customer bookings, location and employee availability. A specific number of weekly hours is not guaranteed.

Selection Process

Qualified applicants will complete

- A short telephone screening
- Verification of previous cleaning experience
- At least one reference check
- A paid practical cleaning assessment
- Paid orientation and supervised training shifts before working independently

Only applicants who successfully complete these steps will receive regular assignments.
