Job Summary

Kaslo River Construction Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Experienced Residential Construction Labourer to join our team.

We work on residential renovation projects throughout Red Deer and the surrounding area. We are looking for someone with previous hands-on construction experience who is comfortable working on active job sites and assisting with a variety of renovation tasks.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Assist with residential renovation and construction projects
- Demolition and site preparation
- Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, trim and other renovation work
- Load, unload and move construction materials
- Safely use common hand and power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople as required
- Keep job sites clean, organized and secure
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Treat clients' homes and property with care and respect




- Follow all job-site safety procedures

Requirements
- Previous construction or residential renovation experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must be able to travel to job sites throughout Red Deer and surrounding areas
- Must be willing and able to successfully complete a criminal record check as a condition of employment
- Comfortable using common construction tools
- Physically capable of performing construction-related duties
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work and wants to be part of a growing local construction company. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
