Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity for kitchen staff and bartenders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all serving areas, adhering strictly to food handling regulations and sanitation standards.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in serving and food presentation.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and order calculations.
- Previous restaurant experience that demonstrates adaptability in a dynamic setting is highly preferred.
