- Guest experience is of the utmost importance for your role.
- English language fluency is the single most skill required.
- Ability to buss and reset/setup tables with ease and speed.
- Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- Have up to date information on menu, drinks, specials and reservations. Bartending experience is a huge bonus!
- Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management.
- Must possess solid organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Must be guest service focused and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Professional in demeanor and presentation.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
