Duties

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in serving within a premium casual setting
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that creates welcoming atmospheres for guests
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tips, and cash handling transactions
- Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
