Extendicare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies for our ParaMed division, located in Markham, Ontario. This is a hybrid role tailored for those with a knack for creative HR practices and continuous improvement. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and operationalizing HR strategies with HRBPs.

- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities
- Implement strategic HR initiatives and solutions

- Address escalated employee relations matters
- Coach leaders on change management capabilities Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- CHRP or CHRL designation is a plus
- 5-7 years of HR experience with supervisory duties
- Knowledge of unionized environments
