We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our Fabrication Department. This position is ideal for someone with a trades, fabrication, construction, mechanical, or similar hands-on background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication and assembly work using hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, drill, grind, and prepare materials as required
- Read measurements, work instructions, and basic drawings
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and secure work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Assist with other production duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous fabrication, trades, construction, mechanical, or manufacturing experience
- Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to lift and handle materials as required
- Safety-conscious and willing to learn
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Experience
