DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Ontario Regional Sales Manager, the Facility Coordinator is responsible for general warehouse duties and maintenance of the Vaughan training facility, shipping/receiving, building of demo models, dealer display, samples, and management of inventory materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and facilitate all workshop related duties, including organizing materials, cleaning and maintaining tools, and arranging deliveries as needed
- Build, package, and ship remote demo materials and models to representatives as requested
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of deliveries as required
- Monitor and manage the inventory of the warehouse
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the facility

COMPETENCIES

- High School Diploma or equivalent degree required
- 0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination or management
- Experience with tiling, ability to build and work with tools is considered as an asset
- Demonstrates a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to use their vehicle for materials for delivery and travel an asset
- Ability to take initiative and to work autonomously

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions in this job grade, with the final offer depending on factors like experience, education, location, and other relevant considerations. Additionally, this role qualifies for extra benefits beyond the base pay range mentioned.
