As a Facility Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. You will be the go-to person for any issues that arise, and you will ensure that our guests and residents have a positive experience at Kings Court.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and event spaces.
- Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Set up and tear down equipment and furniture for events, meetings, and activities.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with minor repairs and coordinate with external vendors for more significant maintenance issues.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and other necessary materials.
- Report any security or safety concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a facility or maintenance role is an asset.




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture or equipment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
