Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain greenhouse frames, poly covers, and shade cloth.
- Service irrigation pumps, valves, and water lines.
- Maintain heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.
- Fix small tools, trimmers, and tractors.
- Perform routine safety checks across the property.
Requirements
- Experience in general building maintenance or farm equipment repair.
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work outdoors in all weather.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
