Fraser Health Authority is seeking Family Physicians for various roles in Surrey. Join a friendly, collaborative team focused on equitable addiction medicine services. Multiple positions are available within Fraser Health’s Department of Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Services.

This includes full-time, part time, and occasional roles as we expand our addiction services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for providing accessible, evidence-based care and may have prior experience in addiction medicine. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide low-barrier access to addiction medicine services
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare providers
- Cover maternity leave from December 1, 2026, to August 1, 2027
- Demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care
- Engage in continuous learning and community involvement Requirements:
- Active CPSBC license for practice
- Passion for equitable healthcare delivery
- Previous addiction medicine experience is an asset
- ISAM or ABAM certification is beneficial
