Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team at multidisciplinary clinic. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for every client.

Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to licensing regulations at all times.

Requirements

- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by regulations.




- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment plans.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
- A genuine interest in promoting health, relaxation, and wellness for clients of diverse backgrounds.
