Responsibilities

- Lead the F&I; department by developing strategies to maximize profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Present and explain various financing, leasing, and insurance products clearly and confidently to customers
- Negotiate terms with lenders and insurance providers to secure the best deals for clients and the dealership
- Ensure all F&I; transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining transparency at every step
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for additional product offerings that meet customer needs
- Conduct thorough financial analyses using math skills to determine appropriate payment plans and credit options




- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation

Requirements

- Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or dealership industry
- Solid background in sales, negotiation, and customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and credit approvals
- Knowledge of dealership operations, finance regulations, and insurance products is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly present options and negotiate effectively with customers and partners
- Ability to lead a team by motivating staff, setting goals, and fostering a positive work environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail
