The available position is covering the Province from Peterborough in the west, to Kington in the east, form Lake Ontario in the south through Renfrew County in the north. We are looking preferably for a candidate living in this Territory.

Requirements

- Need a home office space
- Have a valid driver's license - must provide a clean driver's abstract
- Have a reliable vehicle and proof of valid insurance

Duties Ø Execute our marketing and sales strategy including direct contact with potential eligible locations and existing participants through continual face-to face marketing

Ø Maintain accuracy of interchange and intersection detail in the participant portion of the asset management system database (waiting list) for rapid replacement with a new applicant for current locations that close or choose to discontinue their participation

Ø Complete annual Compliance Certifications to ensure participants continue to satisfy the eligibility requirements for participation

Ø Follow-up regularly with participants and track paperwork to ensure the associated deadlines are met

Ø Measure sites in the field for installation of current signs, using present GPS procedures and work with the Ministries on line system to obtain the proper permitting

Ø Complete the annual drive-by sign inspections,



the annual detailed sign inspections and the nighttime sign inspections as scheduled

Ø Identify and report defects and other necessary maintenance requirements for existing sign structures

Ø Inspect all completed field work for accuracy

Ø Maintain structure photos with accurate and up to date information for database and website

Ø Assist Accounts Receivable with collections of outstanding accounts with site visits as required

Ø Keep accurate accounts of all interaction and contact with clients

Ø Liaise with AMC’s, MTO Construction Contractors, OPP, Municipalities and all other road officials to maintain a positive open line of communication to keep abreast of all construction activities involving our signage

Ø Complete any and all tasks assigned by Management

Skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving common goals.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing client accounts effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, with the ability to drive results
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
