Optima Sports Injury is a leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic committed to providing high-quality care to athletes at all levels. We specialize in injury prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement across a wide range of sports. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Field Athletic Therapist to join our team for the upcoming football and hockey seasons.

Your day to day roles and responsibilities:

- The Field Athletic Therapist will be responsible for providing on-site coverage for practices and games throughout the football and/or hockey seasons. This role requires confident clinical decision-making, independent work in fast-paced environments, and strong communication with athletes, coaches, and health professionals.
- Provide field coverage for assigned football and/or hockey teams, including practices and games.
- Deliver acute sideline injury assessment and immediate care in accordance with professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with coaches, athletes, and families regarding injuries and return-to-play protocols.
- Maintain accurate injury records and documentation.




- Refer athletes to the clinic for follow-up care as needed.
- Represent Evolution Sports Injury professionally in team environments and the broader community.
