Field Research Associate — Agri Value Chain Study (Part-time)

I'm setting up an agri-processing venture on my family's land in Peddapalli district and need someone on the ground to help me understand the local rice milling ecosystem before I commit capital.
The work: Visit 8–10 rice mills across Peddapalli and Karimnagar. Meet the owner or manager. Complete a easy 10-question form (provided, in Telugu) covering mill capacity, husk handling, boiler operations and by-products. Send a short voice note after each visit. That's it.
You need: Fluent Telugu · own two-wheeler · smartphone · based in or near Peddapalli/Karimnagar · comfortable walking into a business and starting a respectful conversation.
Preferred but not required: Agriculture, agri-business or rural management background — student or recent graduate welcome.
Payment: ₹1,500 per completed mill visit (form + owner's contact + voice note),
plus ₹3,000 travel allowance paid upfront. Paid weekly, not held to the end.
What you get beyond the money: a documented reference from a founder, real exposure to how agri-industrial ventures get built, and a direct line to me as this project develops. If this venture works, I'll remember who helped at the beginning.
