Seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding repairs and new installing new builds within the aggregate and plastics industries at various job sites across our service area. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to safety and quality workmanship, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

- Perform welding repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment and machinery at job sites across our service area.
- Work with customers and team members to identify and troubleshoot welding issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and timesheets.
- Travel to job sites with company-provided vehicles and tools.
- Work short term away work.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service welding.
- Experience with Stick welding, as well as cutting and grinding.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
