About the Role

The Field Technician will work directly in the field, ensuring equipment is set up correctly, maintained regularly, and operating safely. This position is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

- Set up equipment on location and verify proper functionality
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to reduce downtime
- Complete daily job tasks efficiently
- Communicate technical issues and progress updates to supervisors
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications





- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
- Extensive experience operating a skid steer/loader
- Positive attitude and strong time‑management skills
- Able to lift and carry equipment, work outdoors, and travel frequently
- Valid driver’s licence
- 1–2 years of experience (willing to train the right candidate)
- Enjoys hands‑on work and works well independently and as part of a team
