Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy across various ledgers and statements
- Support payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro by verifying employee hours and deductions
- Assist with account analysis and budgeting activities to support financial planning efforts
- Prepare reports related to financial activity, account reconciliation, and budget tracking for management review




- Collaborate with team members on bookkeeping tasks to ensure compliance with organizational policies

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro is essential
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Experience with payroll systems including ADP or Ceridian is highly desirable
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis efficiently
- Knowledge of budgeting procedures and financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems like Kronos or UltiPro for payroll support
- Solid math skills combined with analytical thinking for effective account analysis
