Overview

Brain Injury Services of Northern Ontario provides a variety of rehabilitation and support services to individuals living with the effects of an acquired brain injury. BISNO is currently recruiting for the following position within our Administrative Team.

Responsibilities: Process and ensure the accuracy of bi-weekly payroll using Quadrant HRIS, including collecting employee timesheets, tracking time, applying benefit deductions, and generating payroll-related reports. The role also manages employee expense claims and disbursements, verifies monthly remittances and processes payments through MS Dynamics, prepares year-end T4s and reconciliation information for WSIB, EHT, and Revenue Canada, supports interim and year-end audits, maintains accurate payroll and finance filing records, and provides backup support for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking functions as required.

Qualifications: Post-secondary education in payroll administration, finance (or equivalent) with a minimum 3 years related work experience.

Payroll Compliance

Professional (PCP) is preferred.

Experience processing payroll, preferably in a unionized environment.



Demonstrated knowledge on Ontario payroll regulations and employment legislation.

Experience with collective agreement, benefit and pension administration. Excellent computer and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Payroll software. Attention to detail, discretion, and integrity are necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong willingness to learn.

Pay: $58,344.00-$63,211.20 per year
