Position:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers have a great experience in their financing process, including the ability to assist in selling insurance products related to the sale of the vehicle. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who prides themselves on accuracy and rounds that off with a well-honed sales skill base.

There are three “must haves” of the successful candidate:

1. High level of accuracy when filling out required documentation
2. Sales experience (not necessarily in the automotive industry)
3. Ability to work effectively with a team and also work independently when necessary

This role provides support to a well experienced Finance and Insurance Manager and offers the opportunity for training and promotion in this department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct credit applications through credit interviews and review credit bureaus
- Prepare required documentation for bank financing
- Present and sell financial protection products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, life insurance and disability coverage.
- Complete finance documentation accurately and deliver vehicles to customers.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly,



escalating when necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with management, team members, lenders, and third parties.

Qualifications/skills:

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Robust verbal and written communication
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Effective time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in sales with a focus on customer service
- Motivated by working in a high-volume team based environment
