Canada One Auto in Calgary is seeking a proven, solutions-oriented Finance Manager with a demonstrated ability to manage the full F&I; process and consistently deliver strong financial results.

This role is designed exclusively for experienced automotive finance professionals. It is not an entry-level or training position. Candidates must be able to operate independently, manage volume with precision, and contribute immediately to dealership performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Manager, you will:

- Independently manage the full F&I; process from credit application to funded deal
- Structure and present customized finance and lease solutions with confidence

and efficiency
- Present every product, every time—ensuring customers are fully informed of all





finance and protection options
- Build value in finance and protection products through clear, transparent

explanations
- Maintain strict compliance and accuracy across all financial documentation
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to exceed dealership performance

targets
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience while protecting dealership

profitability

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in automotive finance within a dealership

environment (required)
- Valid AMVIC license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Demonstrated success presenting the full suite of finance and protection

products to every customer
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of deals with consistency, accuracy, and

professionalism
- Strong performance in both new and pre-owned vehicle finance
- High personal standards, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability (Monday–Saturday)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers make informed, confident decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $130,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
