Your responsibilities will encompass both analytical reporting and hands-on accounting tasks. Collaborating across various departments will enhance your problem-solving capabilities in tenant account resolutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Post journal entries for mortgage and expense payments
- Validate utility expenses and legal invoices for processing
- Coordinate with Tax and Recovery Accounting teams
- Prepare monthly management reports and budgets
- Conduct financial audits and prepare reconciliations Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
