What You’ll Do

- Transition suitable client relationships and pipeline compliantly
- Co‑lead planning and review meetings with a Senior Advisor
- Deliver planning‑led, product‑agnostic advice to households
- Grow your book with our marketing and service team behind you
- Build an asset you control instead of just collecting a paycheque

Who This Is For

- 3+ years as a bank / credit union / branch‑based advisor in Canada
- Licensed to sell investments (CIRO‑registered; MFDA)
- Insurance / life‑licensed is a strong plus but not required
- Comfortable with financial planning software (any major platform)
- You like your clients, but not the constraints of your current platform
