Our client, a rapidly growing operator in the retirement home sector, is seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Manager FP&A;, you will take assist with a ownership portfolio of long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership and reporting oversight.
- Review general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and enter journal entries.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
- Update and maintain audit file.
- Review and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Liaise with accounts payable and operational teams to gather required information.
- Respond to reporting-related inquiries.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Must have experience working with Long-term care facilities
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player

Compensation & Benefits
